We want to foresee if any possible problem that might happen in bulk and to settle at the sampling stage.

Throughout sample development towards bulk production, our production team works alongside with our merchandising team, monitor the whole process, strictly managing the time line.

Our inspection consists of at least 4-step process on site once bulk starts. Each manufacturing process is controlled to make sure bulk is delivered as beautiful as sample was. Yarn performance, knit constructions, measurements, trims are strictly checked to meet AQL standards, while possible lab tests are also conducted to ensure so.
