Our technicians have at least more than 20 years of experience in knitwear industry. QA&QC are required to have more than 10-year of experience working in factory, familiar with each and every step, from a single sketch concept to bulk production.

Throughout sample development towards bulk production, our production team works alongside with our merchandising team, monitor the whole process, strictly managing the time line.

BULK QUALITYZERO TOLERANCE
Our inspection consists of at least 4-step process on site once bulk starts. Each manufacturing process is controlled to make sure bulk is delivered as beautiful as sample was. Yarn performance, knit constructions, measurements, trims are strictly checked to meet AQL standards, while possible lab tests are also conducted to ensure so.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We have been promoting yarns that are more eco-friendly: recycled-polyester, BCI cotton, organic cotton, RSW wool. Gladly a continuous number of customers are happy to use so.

We follow strict social and technical standards.
Factories are requested to have WRAP/BSCI audited on time.

We source responsibly from mills that are socially and technically compliant.
Yarn mills have (but not limited to) WRAP, BSCI, OEKO-TEX, BCI COTTON certifications.
